Colombo DiSalvatore, III, Owner & Solution Consultant
Colombo grew up working for his family’s marketing business before starting his first company during his senior year in high school. After his first attempt in business, he began working in the telecommunications industry where he discovered an interest and aptitude for helping businesses with technology solutions. He merged his interests in technology and entrepreneurship, founding C4 Communications in 2001 in order to deliver solutions and support to customers — and provide for his growing family.
Colombo has spent the last 16 years building lasting relationships with his customers, keeping up with the ever-changing technology landscape, and fostering a team of caring people committed to delivering the service that is all-too-often missing from interactions with technology providers. In his free time, Colombo is actively involved in his church, coaches hockey, CrossFits, and is busy keeping up with his six children with the help of his wife of over 20 years.
Carol Guerra, Account Manager
Carol joins C4 Communications with over 20 years of telecommunications and IT solutions experience – and a passion to help businesses optimize their services and infrastructure. Her experience with IT lifecycles includes auditing, evaluations, TCO analysis, deployments and support for legacy and cloud technologies. She has been an integral team member of solutions providers as well as managed service providers.
Ensuring that clients have the optimal solutions for their unique needs and are positioned for the future is Carol’s constant goal. She understands the need for clarity, control and insight with regard to IT inventory for business owners and IT staff.
Carol has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. When she is not deep in thought solving a client issue, she loves being with her husband and son. She enjoys reading, cooking, traveling and is an avid supporter of her son’s crew team – which requires the ability to enjoy reading, cooking and traveling.
Patricia Dobos, Customer Service
Before bringing her 25+ years of customer service experience, infectious positive energy and intrinsic desire to help others to C4 Communications in 2011, Patricia was a long-time employee at Travelers Life and Annuity Company in Hartford, Connecticut. There, she delivered the same unwavering customer dedication she provides for us today.
Patricia is highly responsive to the needs of each and every one of our clients because she truly cares about them—not just as customers, but as people, too. It’s this kind of commitment that is the foundation of our company’s mission.
When she’s not busy creating personalized and top-notch service experiences for our clients, Patricia loves to travel, hike, cozy up with a good book and spend time with her family.
Lisa Cour, Business Manager
Lisa enjoyed a banking career for 12 years — holding positions including Regional Branch Manager and Bank Officer, and earning promotions and top sales awards — before leaving the field to start a family. She joined C4 Communications in 2006 in a position that allowed her to work from home and still work with customers. In the years since, she has filled a variety of roles with the company, most recently Business Manager.
Lisa married her best friend more than 20 years ago. Together they have three biological children and have been foster parents to over 20 children in the last six years. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys running full and half marathons, reading, hosting people in her home, and photography.
Lisa holds a B.A. in Business Administration.
